Plan on about 75 minutes the first time. You’ll leave with clean teeth, photos you can see, and a plan you understand, or a plan that says “you’re fine, see you in six months.”

A real conversation first
Your first visit starts in a chair, not under a light. Tell us what you want out of your smile and what has made you nervous before.

Exam, photos, and a plan
Digital X-rays only where needed, intraoral photos you can actually see, and a written plan with prices before anything is scheduled.

You decide the pace
Nothing is scheduled without your okay. Most patients leave with a cleaning done and a clear next step, if there is one.
What to bring
Three things. That’s it.
- A photo ID and your insurance card, if you have one
- A list of medications you take
- Your last dentist’s name so we can request X-rays instead of retaking them
New-patient forms come by text or email when you book. Finish them at home and skip the clipboard.

In network with most PPO plans.
We verify your benefits before you arrive and show you the estimate before treatment. No insurance? The membership plan covers preventive care for one flat yearly fee, and longer treatment plans can be split into monthly payments.

Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with most major PPO plans and file claims for you. If you are out of network or uninsured, our membership plan covers two cleanings, exams, and X-rays for one flat yearly fee.
What if I am nervous about the dentist?
Tell us when you book. We will start your first visit with a conversation, go at your pace, and offer nitrous oxide or oral sedation for longer appointments.
How soon can a new patient get in?
Usually within a week for a cleaning and exam. Emergencies are seen the same day.
Do you see kids?
Yes, from their first tooth. We recommend a first visit by age one and offer family block scheduling so parents and kids are seen back to back.
Will I know the cost before treatment?
Always. You get a written treatment plan with your insurance estimate and your out-of-pocket amount before anything is scheduled.
